‘Eighth Grade’ Free Screenings

Bo Burnham

Burnham fans and teens everywhere can rejoice! There are free screenings today for Eighth Grade, and there is no rating; anyone can go!

If you read our review or watched the review for the movie, you know that we tweeted directly at Burnham and crew about the R-rating. It seemed like a hot topic that everyone on cast took an issue with. Luckily, for today only, general audiences will get a chance to view the directorial debut from Burnham for FREE at some theatre locations.

Here in Nebraska, you can see Eighth Grade tonight at the Omaha Alamo Drafthouse. Seats are limited already and the rating is only dropped for the 7:15pm showtime. Hurry and get your tickets now. If you are in other states, check out this site and find your state to see what theatre is playing the film.

Here is a summary of Eighth Grade: “During the last week of middle school, Kayla Day (Elsie Fisher) struggles to make new friends and find the confidence in herself to become the charismatic young woman she so desperately desires.” What are you still doing here? Go find tickets fast!
